AT Capital Group has invested around $500 million in Indian real estate through Experion Developers since entering the market in 2006. The Singapore-based group is now preparing to put more money into the country. It plans to invest ₹10,000 crore over the next five to seven years.

Experion Developers has projects in Gurugram, Noida, Lucknow and Amritsar. Its portfolio includes 12 developments covering about 11 million square feet of built-up area. The projects range from villas and residential plots to high-rise apartments, offices and retail spaces.

The company has also recorded an increase in sales. During the 2025–26 financial year, its sales reached ₹3,700 crore, compared with ₹2,200 crore a year earlier. Over the past five years, it has delivered more than 3,000 homes and plots.

AT Capital plans further investment in Indian real estate

The next round of investment is expected to focus largely on the National Capital Region (NCR). Experion is also considering projects in other cities as it looks to expand its presence in the Indian property market.

One of its recent launches in Noida has already attracted buyers. Experion Saatori, located in Sector 151 along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, recorded sales of around ₹1,800 crore. About 400 units have been sold, according to the developer.

Wellness features in residential developments

Experion is also paying attention to how its homes are designed and used. The company says its residential projects incorporate features such as improved ventilation, natural light, water treatment and low-VOC finishes. Acoustic detailing and landscaped outdoor areas are also part of its approach.

The Trillion, a residential project spread across 5.5 acres in Sector 48, Gurugram, follows this design approach. DPA Singapore, One Landscape Hong Kong and Greymatters Singapore worked on the project. It has four apartments per floor, with layouts designed to allow natural light and cross-ventilation.

AT Capital's investments are not limited to India. The group has invested around $1 billion in European real estate, with projects in the Netherlands, France, Poland and Spain. Its portfolio includes residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.

The additional investment planned for India marks another stage in the group's expansion. With the NCR expected to remain a key market, Experion Developers is preparing to add more projects to its portfolio in the coming years.
