Aurum PropTech's total income reached ₹137 crore in the second quarter of FY27, up 57% from ₹88 crore in the same period last year. The company also reported better margins during the quarter. Its financial results cover the three and six months ended September 30, 2026.

The adjusted EBITDA margin reached 11.5% during the quarter. It was 3.1% in the same period last year, an increase of 8.4 percentage points.

Aurum PropTech records continued improvement in profitability

Aurum PropTech's profit before tax (PBT) margin reached 4.8% during the quarter, compared with a negative margin of 7.9% in Q2 FY26. The 1,270-basis-point improvement marked the company's fourth consecutive quarter of positive profit before tax, according to management.

Onkar Shetye, Executive Director of Aurum PropTech, said the results reflected progress in the company's operating model. He identified improved monetisation of consumer demand, artificial intelligence-led operating efficiencies and the benefits of an integrated ecosystem as areas expected to support the next phase of growth.

The company is also working to integrate Housing.com into its broader platform and develop an AI-native real estate operating system. According to Aurum PropTech, artificial intelligence is now embedded across its platforms.

Distribution and rental businesses report growth

The company's distribution businesses recorded gains across several operating measures. Sell.do generated ₹1.7 crore in new sales and added 980 licences during the quarter. Aurum Analytica sold more than 1.71 lakh leads, registering 79% year-on-year growth.

PropTiger reported a 144% year-on-year increase in gross commission, another indicator of activity across the company's real estate distribution operations.

In the rental segment, NestAway recorded a 7.6-fold increase in bookings compared with the previous quarter, which the company attributed to AI-led lead conversion. HelloWorld maintained average occupancy of 82% across its managed co-living spaces.

The quarterly results show growth in income alongside improvements in reported margins across Aurum PropTech's business. The company's continued integration of Housing.com and use of AI across its platforms form part of its stated strategy for the next phase of expansion.
