BPTP SkyNest Records ₹750 Crore in Sales at Greater Faridabad Project
BPTP SkyNest has recorded sales worth ₹750 crore in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad. The developer reported that 150 apartments had been sold at the residential project, with each home fetching an average of around ₹5 crore. The sales update was reported on 9 October 2026.
The project has two high-rise towers and a total of 325 apartments. Buyers can choose from 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes, ranging in size from around 3,185 sq. ft. to 3,856 sq. ft. The development covers 5.4 acres.
What BPTP SkyNest Offers Homebuyers
The project will include over 82,000 sq. ft. of amenities and landscaped areas. Facilities are planned to include swimming pools, fitness centres and indoor and outdoor sports areas. Dining spaces and business lounges will also be part of the development, along with areas where residents can meet and spend time together.
The design work has involved several specialist firms. Singapore-based WOW Consultants is handling the architecture, landscape and interior design. Other consultants include Matrix for vertical transportation, Optimal for structural engineering, Nulty+ for lighting design, Currie & Brown for quantity surveying and GreenGineer for green building advisory.
Location and Sales Response
SkyNest is situated in Greater Faridabad, with road links including the Faridabad Bypass Road, NH-44 and the DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway. The FNG corridor also connects the area towards Noida and Ghaziabad.
Manik Malik, CEO and President of BPTP Limited, said the project had received a positive response from buyers. He added that the company aims to focus on design, quality and sustainability while creating long-term value for homeowners.
The reported sales provide an indication of demand for homes at this price level in Greater Faridabad. However, the ₹750 crore sales figure and the number of apartments sold are based on information provided by the developer.
