Century Real Estate Launches The Astoria in North Bengaluru After ₹550 Crore in Bookings
Century Real Estate announced the launch on 10 October 2026. The Astoria is one part of the larger Century Immencity project, which is planned to have homes, offices, shops and hospitality spaces. It will also have areas for community activities.
The launch follows an encouraging pre-launch response, according to the developer. Initially introduced in July 2026 under the name Codename Bluemoon, the project has recorded bookings worth more than ₹550 crore. Century Real Estate Director of Sales, Marketing and CRM Maninder Chhabra said the response reflected homebuyers’ interest in premium residences designed around their long-term needs.
Century Immencity is planned to include close to 10 million sq. ft. of commercial development alongside residential and other uses. The district is expected to accommodate more than one lakh professionals once fully developed, according to the project announcement.
The plans also include The Old School. The space is planned to host cultural events and sports activities. It will also include facilities for wellness, food and social gatherings.
The wider development has been planned with contributions from two international design firms. They are DP Architects, based in Singapore, and BDP, based in London.
North Bengaluru’s connectivity and expanding commercial activity form part of the broader context for the project. The area benefits from access to NH-44 and Kempegowda International Airport, while upcoming Metro infrastructure is expected to add to its transport network.
The Astoria’s formal launch marks the next stage of Century Immencity’s residential development. The reported bookings provide an early indication of buyer interest in the project, although the longer-term performance of the development will depend on its execution and the evolution of the surrounding market.
