Cybercity Trevita Opens Experience Centre for Luxury Residences in Kondapur
Cybercity Builders and Developers has opened an experience centre for Cybercity Trevita, its ultra-luxury residential project in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The centre gives prospective buyers an opportunity to explore the homes, shared facilities and technology-based services planned for the development.
The project adds to Kondapur’s premium housing market. It combines spacious apartments with recreational facilities, landscaped areas and features designed to make daily life more convenient.
Cybercity Trevita Brings 601 Homes to Kondapur
Cybercity Trevita comprises three residential towers, each with a ground floor and 25 upper floors. The development has 601 residences across nine configurations. The three- and four-bedroom homes range from 2,790 to 4,560 square feet.
One of the main features is a 60,000-square-foot clubhouse spread across five levels. Residents will have access to sports, recreation and leisure facilities, including a terrace swimming pool. The rooftop Skyline Deck includes 35 amenities. Across the wider development, 37 landscaped features are planned.
According to the developer, around 75% of the project area will remain open and green. This forms part of the development’s approach to combining residential spaces with outdoor areas.
Technology and Everyday Convenience
Technology is another part of Trevita’s offering. The project includes services provided through Aurm, covering secure storage and parcel delivery.
Aurm Vaults are insured, biometric-secured safe deposit lockers located in the entrance lobby of each tower. The development will also feature ELIVATE by Aurm, a robotic parcel delivery system. It uses dedicated elevators to transport e-commerce deliveries, helping reduce the need to move parcels through regular passenger lifts.
These features are intended to provide residents with added convenience while supporting privacy within the residential towers.
A Location in Hyderabad’s Residential Market
Trevita is located opposite the Botanical Garden in Kondapur. The area offers access to employment centres, educational institutions, hospitals and shopping destinations. HITEC City and the Financial District are among the employment hubs identified by the developer.
