The next step is booking a flat. Flat bookings will open on October 20 at noon. The booking amount is ₹1 lakh per flat.

Applicants should go through the brochure before making any payment. Flat prices and details may vary from one unit to another. It is worth checking the information for each flat before booking.

What the Scheme Offers Homebuyers

The main attraction is the 25% discount on the 2,516 LIG flats in Narela. With prices starting at around ₹15 lakh after the reduction, the scheme may interest buyers who are looking for a home within a limited budget.

However, the starting price does not mean every flat will cost the same. Buyers should check the listed price and specifications of their preferred unit before making a decision.

The scheme also puts Narela in focus as an area for affordable housing. For people considering a home through a government housing authority, it offers an opportunity to explore the available units and compare their costs before applying.

Registration opens on October 14, followed by flat bookings on October 20. Further details about the scheme and application process are available on the official DDA portal.
