Embassy Origins Sells 477 Homes in North Bengaluru for Over ₹1,800 Crore
Embassy Origins has recorded more than ₹1,800 crore in pre-sales within a week of its launch in North Bengaluru, with Embassy Developments booking 477 homes across more than 10 lakh sq ft of saleable area. The 85-acre residential development was launched on September 16, 2026.
Embassy Origins records strong bookings
Embassy Origins is located north of Yelahanka and is being developed in two projects as part of its first phase. These are Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve, both of which are RERA-registered residential projects.
Embassy Riverine consists of 217 villas in 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK configurations, covering about 1.1 million sq ft of saleable area. Embassy South Reserve has 855 apartments, with options ranging from studios to 3.5 BHK homes, spread across approximately 1.5 million sq ft. Together, the two projects have around 2.6 million sq ft of saleable residential space and 1,072 homes.
The 477 bookings represent 62% absorption of the units launched, according to Business Standard. The reported pre-sales are based on bookings and should not be treated as recognised revenue or cash collections.
The project is expected to add to Embassy Developments' residential sales pipeline for FY27. Reeza Sebastian, Chief Revenue Officer for Residential at Embassy Developments, said the response has given the company greater visibility on its FY27 pre-sales and cash flows. The company also plans to move ahead with the next phase of Embassy Origins and its wider North Bengaluru pipeline.
Embassy Developments had previously estimated a combined gross development value of about ₹4,500 crore for the two projects in the first phase. The company has also pointed to North Bengaluru as an important part of its residential development strategy.
The Embassy Origins launch follows other residential projects from the developer in the North Bengaluru market. Embassy Greenshore, launched last November, recorded pre-sales worth about Rs 804 crore, while Embassy Eden, launched this December, had sales of Rs 286 crore soon after the launch.
