Experion Developers Plans ₹10,000 Crore Investment for 3,000 Luxury Homes
Experion Developers plans to invest ₹10,000 crore over the next five years to develop around 3,000 luxury homes and plots across India. The investment will go towards land acquisition, approvals and construction, according to the company.
The move will expand Experion’s presence in the high-end residential segment. The developer is the Indian real estate platform of Singapore-based AT Capital Group and has delivered more than 2,000 homes and plots over the past five years.
Experion Developers expands luxury housing pipeline
The new pipeline will include premium-luxury apartments and ultra-luxury residences. About two-thirds of these projects are planned in the National Capital Region, with the rest spread across Amritsar, Lucknow and Goa.
Experion said the projects will place more emphasis on wellness and responsible construction. Deputy CEO Priyamvada Navet said the company is responding to changing expectations among homebuyers, particularly around health, well-being and the way residential spaces are designed and built.
Some of the planned features include fresh-air ventilation and filtration systems in ultra-luxury homes, treated water at the point of use, low-VOC paints and energy-efficient heat pumps. The developments are also expected to include acoustic detailing, greater use of natural daylight and landscaping with native plants, tree cover and shaded walking paths.
The company is also looking at changing how amenities are planned in its ultra-luxury projects. Instead of relying mainly on conventional clubhouse facilities, Experion plans to include spaces focused on areas such as movement, recovery, sleep and nutrition.
With most of the planned development concentrated in the NCR, the five-year investment programme will also take Experion further into markets such as Amritsar, Lucknow and Goa. The company’s plans add to its existing residential development activity across India.
