Federal Land Named Developer of the Year at 2026 Philippines Real Estate Awards
Federal Land Inc. has been named Developer of the Year at the 2026 Philippines Real Estate Awards, adding another recognition to the company’s growing presence. The recognition comes alongside eight awards for individual projects across residential, retail, mixed-use, investment and community-focused developments.
The company’s projects were recognised across several segments of the property market.
The Seasons Residences was given the award for the Best Mixed-Use Development and MITSUKOSHI BGC received the Best Retail Development Award. Other winners included Valencia Hills Tower E, Siena Towers, and Quantum Residences.
Federal Land also received recognition for projects in the investment and community development segments. Grand Midori Ortigas was recognised as the Best Investment Property in Metro Manila and Marco Polo Residences took the Metro Cebu award in the same category. Hartwood Village was recognised for Best Community-Centric Design.
The latest achievement adds to Federal Land’s more than five decades of activity in the Philippine real estate market. Founded in 1972, the company is the property development arm of GT Capital Holdings and now has a portfolio of more than 140 projects nationwide, covering homes, offices, retail destinations, hotels and master-planned communities.
Federal Land has also been building partnerships beyond the Philippines, particularly through its collaboration with Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development. The partnership has contributed to projects including Yume at Riverpark and The Observatory.
The recognition comes as Federal Land moves closer to its 55th year in the Philippine real estate industry.
