Kolte-Patil Developers reported record sales bookings of ₹1,019 crore in the July-September quarter of FY27, marking a 52% increase from ₹670 crore in the same period last year. The Pune-based real estate developer announced the results on October 13, 2026, following stronger demand for its housing projects.

The company recorded its highest-ever quarterly sales bookings during the second quarter. Its performance for the first half of the financial year was also at a record level, with bookings reaching ₹1,636 crore between April and September 2026. This represents a 27% increase from ₹1,286 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Kolte-Patil Developers records growth in H1 FY27

The growth was supported by sales from newly launched projects as well as continued bookings across developments already under way. According to the company's chief executive officer, Hrishikesh Parandekar, the quarterly and half-yearly performance, alongside strong collections, reflects the resilience of the business.

Parandekar also acknowledged that housing demand had softened in the broader market in the near term, particularly in Pune. However, the company continued to report strong sales momentum during the quarter.

He pointed to urbanisation, rising aspirations and a growing preference for quality housing as factors supporting the long-term outlook for India's residential real estate sector. These comments reflect the company's assessment of the market rather than a guarantee of future growth.

Developer maintains presence across three cities

Kolte-Patil Developers has a portfolio spanning residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial complexes and IT parks. The company has developed more than 82 projects, covering a saleable area of over 34 million square feet across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Its operations across these markets give the developer exposure to different segments of India's property sector, including residential housing and commercial developments.

Global investment firm Blackstone holds a 40% stake in Kolte-Patil Developers, according to the report.

The latest figures highlight the company's sales performance during the first half of FY27, even as near-term housing demand faces some pressure in key markets. Its record quarterly and half-yearly bookings provide a clear measure of its business performance during the period, while demand trends will remain relevant to the sector's outlook.
