Krisumi to Invest ₹1,300 Crore in Two Luxury Housing Phases in Gurugram

Krisumi Corporation is investing more than ₹1,300 crore in two new housing phases at Krisumi City in Gurugram. Construction has started at the Sector 36A project, with the company expecting the development to generate over ₹4,000 crore in revenue during the planned rollout.

The two projects, The Forest Reserve and The Forest Reserve-II, will add 542 homes to the wider township. They are being developed as Phases 5 and 6 of Krisumi City, which spans 33.38 acres. The investment is planned over the next five years.

Inside the New Krisumi Housing Projects

The apartments will range from 2,166 sq ft to 3,993 sq ft. Buyers will have two-, three- and four-bedroom options, with prices starting at around ₹4.9 crore. The final price will depend on the apartment configuration and applicable charges.

Together, the two phases will cover approximately 1.67 million square feet. Japanese architecture firm Nikken Sekkei has designed the project. Krisumi says the design combines Japanese craftsmanship with elements of Indian hospitality.

The new homes will also be connected to the wider development's amenities. One of these is The Cascades Club, a 162,000-sq-ft facility within Krisumi City. It has dining spaces, lounges, recreational areas, spa facilities and an indoor sports arena.

Ashok Kapur, chairman of Krisumi Corporation, said the launch was an important step in the development of Krisumi City. He reiterated the company's focus on design and quality.

A Growing Development on Dwarka Expressway

Krisumi City is located along Dwarka Expressway, which links Gurugram with Delhi. The larger project is planned to include homes alongside commercial spaces, retail outlets, hospitality facilities and social infrastructure.

The latest phases add to the project's residential inventory, with prices placing the apartments in Gurugram's premium housing segment. The number of homes and the planned investment relate to these two phases, not the entire township.

Krisumi Corporation is a joint venture between Japan's Sumitomo Corporation and India's Krishna Group. The partnership is developing Krisumi City as a larger integrated project.

With construction now underway, the focus shifts to delivering the 542 planned residences. The company has put the investment at more than ₹1,300 crore and estimates revenue from the two phases at over ₹4,000 crore.
