Mövenpick Residences Dubai will have 408 homes in Motor City. Accor and CITYVIEW Developments announced the project on late September 2026. The development is expected to open in 2028.

The development will be the first standalone Mövenpick-branded residential project in the world. It will also be the first branded residential development in Dubai’s Motor City, according to the announcement.

What Mövenpick Residences Dubai Will Offer

The development will offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Plans also include swimming pools, a fitness centre, a padel court and a club for children.

Motor City is the chosen location for the development. The project adds another branded residential option to Dubai, where property developers have been working with hotel operators to bring hospitality brands into residential real estate.

The project will offer homes in different sizes to suit varying needs.

Two Projects Under the Accor and CITYVIEW Partnership

Mövenpick Residences Dubai Motor City is one of two developments being pursued by Accor and CITYVIEW Developments. Together, the projects are planned to deliver 690 residences.

The other development is Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan, which will include 282 branded homes and office space in Meydan Horizon. Its opening is planned for 2029.

The two projects were signed during Future Hospitality Summit FHS World 2026. They follow the partners' earlier collaboration on Hyde Residences Dubai Hills, which was described as a successful project in the announcement.

For Accor, the new developments extend its presence beyond traditional hotel operations. The Pullman project will also mark the group's first branded offices offered for sale globally, according to the announcement.

Camil Yazbeck, Accor's Global Chief Development Officer for its Premium, Midscale & Economy division, said the agreements reflect the group's plans to expand its work in residential and other real estate formats. He also pointed to the relationship with CITYVIEW Developments as part of that effort.

With 408 residences planned, the Motor City project will add to Dubai's pipeline of branded homes. The partners are targeting a 2028 opening for Mövenpick Residences, followed by the Pullman development in 2029.
