Nimbus Enhances Property Intelligence Platform With AI-Powered Market Insights
Nimbus has updated its property intelligence platform with additional property data, new AI tools and changes to its research features. The announcement was made on 23 October 2026.
The update covers several areas of real estate, from valuation and investment to development and planning. It brings different types of property information together, making it easier for professionals to look into an asset before deciding whether it is worth pursuing.
More Property Data in One Place
One of the main additions is an expanded Complete Comparables Tool. It brings together more than 30 million commercial, residential and land comparables from over 2,000 integrated data sources.
The platform uses Nimbus’ Golden Record architecture to combine fragmented information into a single property profile. This gives users a more complete view of an asset and its background.
The company has also developed its Contributed Data Model, which allows property professionals to submit comparable evidence. According to Nimbus, more than 150 contributors across the UK are part of this network. The submitted information is checked and matched through its data system.
Users can examine transaction details alongside planning history, ownership records, environmental constraints and occupational information. Having these details together can help when researching a property or assessing its potential.
AI Tools for Property Research
Nimbus has also added AI tools that flag possible deals and changes in the property market. These features are designed to help users notice activity that may be worth a closer look.
The company says the tools use industry knowledge, information shared by contributors and live market data. This gives property professionals more information to work with when looking for potential opportunities.
There are other changes, too. Users can now search across wider areas or focus on a specific radius. The platform also has updated tools for checking planning records and property ownership.
Nimbus has improved its site assessment and viability tools. Project tracking and collaboration features are also part of the update.
Nimbus Tokens offer users a simpler way to access Land Registry documents and premium property data.
Co-founders and Co-CEOs Paul Davis and Simon Davis said the updates reflect the company's focus on data quality, customer feedback and more efficient workflows.
The announcement highlights Nimbus' continued investment in property data and AI tools for professionals across the UK real estate sector.
