The planned launches will span Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad over the next two quarters. Prestige Estates' residential launch pipeline for H2 FY27
During the first half of FY27, Prestige Estates launched residential projects covering 23.14 million square feet, with a revenue potential exceeding ₹16,200 crore. The company is now preparing a significantly larger pipeline for the second half of the financial year.
Chairman Irfan Razack said the planned launches would help the company carry its sales momentum forward. He also pointed to the response received by recently introduced projects, including developments launched towards the end of the second quarter that recorded encouraging sales traction.
The company reported residential sales bookings, also known as pre-sales, of ₹13,804.3 crore during April-September 2026. This provides a base for its full-year sales target.
Sales bookings target ₹35,000-36,000 crore
Prestige Estates recorded sales bookings of ₹30,024 crore in FY26, marking a 76% increase over the previous financial year. For FY27, the company is targeting sales bookings of approximately ₹35,000 crore to ₹36,000 crore.
The developer has also reported sustained sales from its ongoing residential projects. Razack said this performance supports the company's view that underlying housing demand remains healthy.
Prestige Estates plans to launch more residential projects across its established markets over the next two quarters. The ₹40,000 crore figure represents the estimated value of these planned launches. It does not refer to sales already made.
As of June 2026, the company had delivered 319 projects covering 216 million square feet. Its development pipeline included another 137 projects spanning 229 million square feet.
