The Prescott Gains Approval as People Purpose Time Enters Sydney Residential Market
The Prescott has received development approval, marking People Purpose Time’s entry into the Sydney residential property market. The nine-storey project is planned for 24–28 Middle Harbour Road in Lindfield, following a State Significant Development Application lodged in May 2025.
The Prescott to deliver 93 Lindfield residences
Designed by DKO Architecture with interiors by Woods Bagot, The Prescott will comprise 93 two, three and four-bedroom residences, including larger family-scale homes and a penthouse. The project will feature premium finishes across the residences.
The development will include a range of resident amenities, including a residential lounge and concierge, business centre, co-working space, private dining room and kitchen, wine cellar, library, screening room and music room. Recreation and wellness facilities will include a pool, gym, yoga space, steam room, infrared sauna and cold plunge pool, alongside landscaped areas.
Located on the eastern side of Lindfield, The Prescott is around an eight-minute walk from Lindfield Station. The project will also include an affordable housing component reserved for essential workers. These residences will follow the same architectural and interior design approach as the private homes.
People Purpose Time was founded by Vy Hua and Anh Duong after more than 30 years of experience across international business, banking technology, finance, commerce and professional services. The Prescott will be the first project delivered from the company’s Sydney development pipeline.
The company also owns development sites in Killara, Canterbury and Hurlstone Park, which are planned to be developed progressively. According to the company, each project will respond to its location, community and intended residents.
Hua said the Lindfield project began with the founders’ purchase of a family home in the suburb. Discussions with neighbours subsequently led to the amalgamation of properties at 24, 26 and 28 Middle Harbour Road. Hua and Duong also intend to live at The Prescott and retain ownership once it is completed.
