Zoya Developments Unveils Elvora Residential Project in Dubai
Zoya Developments has introduced Elvora, a new residential project in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC). The launch adds another development to the company’s growing presence in Dubai’s property market.
The project was unveiled at an event in Abu Dhabi. First Prime Properties, Elvora’s executive channel partner, attended alongside investors, business partners and other real estate professionals. The event offered a closer look at the project’s design, residential concept and planned facilities.
Zoya Developments entered the Dubai market two years ago. The company says its launched and pipeline projects now have a combined value of more than US$327 million. It continues to explore opportunities in emerging residential communities across the emirate.
Elvora focuses on everyday living
Elvora will offer a mix of facilities for residents looking to relax, exercise and spend time together. Plans include an infinity swimming pool with a sunken lounge, a barbecue area and a dedicated children’s play area. Residents will also have access to a rooftop lounge, yoga centre, outdoor theatre and gym.
The project’s interiors are planned with natural light and nature-inspired elements in mind. Lobby and reception areas will form part of the design, along with shared spaces for residents.
Smart home technology and branded fittings are another part of the development. Zoya Developments has named Siemens, Alexa, VitrA and GROHE among the brands planned for Elvora.
Road links connect the development to Dubai
Elvora is located in Dubai Land Residence Complex, with access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Dubai–Al Ain Road. These major routes provide connections to different parts of Dubai.
Several destinations are also highlighted in the project announcement. These include Dubai Academic City, Dubai Outlet Mall, Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure. Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina and Al Maktoum International Airport are also among the locations mentioned.
Elvora is not the company’s only project in the emirate. Zoya Developments is also active in Dubai South, where its Elinor project reportedly began construction two months after its launch.
With Elvora, the developer is adding another residential project to its Dubai portfolio. The development brings together planned lifestyle facilities, smart home features and access to major roads within an established residential community.
