MIPIM Middle East 2026
MIPIM Middle East 2026 will bring together real estate investors, developers, policymakers and other industry leaders in Riyadh on 20–21 October 2026. The event will focus on real estate investment, development opportunities and connections across the Middle East and international markets.
MIPIM Middle East 2026 will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 20 and 21 October. RX is organising the event, bringing the MIPIM real estate gathering to the Middle East.
Investors, developers, project owners and policymakers are among those expected to take part. The event will also be relevant to advisers working in real estate and urban development.
The event will cover property investment and development opportunities across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Conference sessions will form part of the programme. The event will also give participants a chance to meet and connect with people from across the real estate industry.
The organisers expect more than 1,000 senior delegates and around 300 investors to take part in the event.
Invest Saudi is listed as its founding partner.
The main event will run for two days at Sofitel in Riyadh. Project tours are scheduled for 19 October, a day before the main programme begins.
