Strada UK Property Expansion Targets Five Major Cities
Dubai-based property agency Strada is preparing to enter the UK market. Its plans cover five cities: London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and York.
The company was founded in 2022 by Gary Allen and Chae Simons, both British nationals who previously worked at Dubai property firms, including Allsopp & Allsopp. Since launching, Strada has also expanded into Miami. The UK move will extend its business into another international market.

Strada uses a brokerage model that allows agents to operate under its brand. The company also has a mobile app to support their work, including arranging property viewings and meetings and generating leads.
Its business covers two main areas. In Dubai, the agency sells properties. It also advises clients looking at new-build homes and investment opportunities in the UAE and other international markets.
Derry Mathews will head the UK operation, while Chae Simons will serve as chief executive. Mathews has five years of experience in property investment and will oversee the company's entry into Britain.
Building local connections will be an important part of the launch. Strada plans to develop relationships with property developers and put together a team with knowledge of the UK market. It also intends to draw on its existing international client network to connect investors with opportunities in Britain.
Five cities in focus
The initial expansion will cover London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and York. Establishing a presence across these locations will require local contacts and an understanding of each market.
Strada has also used its YouTube channel to give viewers a look at its office environment and sales processes. These provide a glimpse into how the business operates.
According to the firm, it aspires to create a reputable brand in the property investment industry in the UK. The emphasis is now on creating a sustainable value for the investors.
The move comes after the company’s expansion into Miami and indicates further plans outside Dubai. For the time being, the focus is on starting operations in the UK, forming developer partnerships, and establishing a local team.
The development process of this firm in the UK will depend on its capacity to create the connections and find clients. Its existing international network could support that effort, but the UK launch marks the beginning of a new stage for the brokerage.
