Celsius Land Reports Progress Across Five Residential Developments in Western Australia

Celsius Land residential development projects across Western Australia..

Celsius Land has reported progress across five residential developments in Western Australia, including projects at Champion Lakes, Exmouth, Dunsborough East, Seville Grove and Dayton.

In its October 2026 update, the developer confirmed that all residential lots at Celsius Living in Champion Lakes have been sold, with only two settlements remaining. Stage 2 landscaping works have also been tendered, with construction expected to begin in December 2026. The work will build on the recently completed park and add further public spaces to the estate.

At Sundrift in Exmouth, construction of the first stage is nearing completion. Electrical works and road construction are well advanced, with completion still expected in December 2026. Titles for the residential lots are anticipated in early 2027. Planning for the development's public open spaces has also been completed, while landscaping works are being tendered.

Planning activity is continuing at Dunsborough East, where Celsius Land is managing the proposed development of 41 Mewett Road in Quindalup on behalf of the Fowler Group. A proposed scheme amendment and Local Structure Plan for the wider area have been opened for public comment by the City of Busselton. Submissions are due by 11 November 2026.

The company has also secured a development site in Seville Grove, with plans for approximately 200 residential lots. The proposal includes retaining significant areas of native vegetation and providing new public open space. A Local Structure Plan was lodged with the City of Armadale in October, and the project has been referred to the Commonwealth Government for environmental consideration. Celsius is aiming to bring forward the first stage, with construction targeted for 2027, subject to approvals.

Another project is planned for Dayton, in Perth's north-eastern growth corridor. The site is capable of hosting nearly 90 home lots and is already undergoing the process of rezoning. It is presumed that building would commence by 2028, subject to approval of the plan.

The projects represent a combination of completed sales, ongoing construction and early planning. The Seville Grove and Dayton developments could add around 290 residential lots to Perth's future housing supply, while work continues on the company's coastal and regional projects.
