Haus on 15 mixed-use development in SS15, Subang Jaya.

Gamuda Land and Taylor’s Assets have officially launched Haus on 15, a mixed-use development on the former Taylor’s College campus in SS15, Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The developers confirmed that Block B has been fully sold, while Block A has now been opened for sale.

The announcement follows the project's soft launch in early October and comes three months after its groundbreaking ceremony in July 2026.

Haus on 15: Project Details and Residential Offering

Haus on 15 is a freehold development covering an area of 2.88 acres and costing RM540 million in gross development value (GDV). The project features two serviced apartment towers of 31-storey height, a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) building and 18 retail units.

In total, the residential portion of the development consists of 614 serviced apartments ranging in size from 690 square feet to 980 square feet. Prices start at RM736,800.

In addition to the serviced apartments, the development includes 253 student accommodation units with a combined capacity of 401 beds. The PBSA component will be retained by Taylor’s Assets and operated by Taylor’s Hostel Management.

The accommodation is intended to serve students attending educational institutions across the wider Subang Jaya-Sunway area.

The retail component comprises 18 units, with floor areas ranging from 1,399 to 2,829 sq ft. Prices for these commercial spaces start at RM1.52 million.

The entire development is scheduled for completion in 2029.

Gamuda Land and Taylor’s Assets on the Redevelopment

Gamuda Land chief executive officer Gim Teck Yew said the redevelopment aims to preserve the youthful atmosphere associated with SS15 while giving the former college campus a new purpose.

He highlighted the area's connection with former students and residents, noting that the project was planned to maintain the neighbourhood's established character.

Taylor’s Assets president Sheena Angelina also highlighted the historical significance of the former Taylor’s College campus to the group. She said the partnership with Gamuda Land would maintain the site's connection to education while introducing residential and retail elements.

With Block B fully sold and Block A now available, Haus on 15 moves into its next sales phase. The development brings serviced apartments, student accommodation and retail spaces together on a former educational campus, with completion targeted for 2029.
