Platinum Corp Investment to Reach ₹260 Crore Across Four Mumbai Residential Projects
Platinum Corp plans to invest ₹260 crore in four residential projects in Mumbai's western suburbs. The projects have a combined projected gross development value (GDV) of over ₹1,350 crore.
The company will put in ₹100 crore from its internal funds. The remaining ₹160 crore is expected to come through institutional financing from ICICI Venture Fund, Bajaj Finance and AU Small Finance Bank.
The investment covers three ongoing projects and a proposed redevelopment in Versova. Across the four developments, the total carpet area available for sale is around 2.26 lakh square feet.
Platinum Corp Investment Across Three Ongoing Residential Projects
Platinum Oceanic has around 45,000 square feet of saleable carpet area. Platinum Stellar accounts for about 39,000 square feet, while Platinum Vibe adds another 67,000 square feet.
The fourth project is a proposed redevelopment in Versova. It is expected to add approximately 75,000 square feet of carpet area for sale.
The completion schedules vary across the portfolio. Possession at Platinum Oceanic is expected by the end of 2027. Platinum Stellar and Platinum Vibe are scheduled for completion in April 2030.
Versova redevelopment moves ahead
Work has begun on the proposed sea-facing redevelopment of Jai Versova society. The project is expected to launch for sale towards the end of 2026. Completion is likely to take at least four years.
The redevelopment adds another project to Platinum Corp's plans for Mumbai's western suburbs. The other three developments are already underway.
The four projects have a combined projected GDV of more than ₹1,350 crore. This figure represents their expected development value, rather than revenue already earned through sales.
The planned ₹260 crore investment will support the company's work across these developments. The funding structure combines its own capital with financing from the three institutional partners.
